Important - Choose Your Username Carefully
Your username must be the same across the entire Beatilo ecosystem.
This includes:
- Affiliate Partner Site
- Drummery Social Community
- Drum Coach Partner License registration (this form)
- Your Partner Site Application
Example
If your name is Bill Smith and you plan to call your partner site Bill’s Drums, then your username should be:
BillsDrums
You must use that exact username everywhere:
- Affiliate registration
- Drummery profile
- This membership registration
- Partner site application form
Important Technical Note
You may use capitalization when registering (for example: BillsDrums), but our system will automatically convert it to:
billsdrums
This is required so all parts of the Drum Coach platform work smoothly together.
You are still free to display your brand however you wish in content, pages, and marketing (for example: Bill’s Drums).
Choose your username once. Use it everywhere. Keep it consistent.
Zoom Coaching - Meeting ID Required (If Offering Live Sessions)
If you plan to offer live coaching sessions or lessons over Zoom, you must provide your personal Zoom Meeting ID during registration.
This allows your booking page to automatically connect clients directly to your Zoom room.
How To Find Your Zoom Meeting ID
- Create or log in to your Zoom account at https://zoom.us/profile
- Go to Profile
- Copy your Personal Meeting ID (PMI)
- Paste that number into the Meeting ID field during registration
Important: This is optional.
If you are not planning to offer live Zoom coaching immediately, you may leave the Meeting ID field blank for now and activate it later inside your Drum Coach Profile settings. However, we strongly recommend creating your Zoom account and securing your Personal Meeting ID as early as possible so you are ready when the time comes. Complete training on using the meeting and scheduling system and how to conduct calls is provided as part of your setup process and further training.
