The first step to getting support should be from other Members over at the Drummery Community. Other users can provide great support systems and help you solve problems in many ways. It's free and fast!

We encourage all Drumming Foundation Users to Join the Drum Coaches Group and get involved with the friendly group community. You can learn a lot by reading other user posts as well as searching for solutions.

Once you have exhausted your options in the Drum Coaches Group and cannot find the solution you are looking for, you may submit a ticket using our ticket system. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response.
